Well, I decided to write a review on this paper, because the abstract sound "striking". However, I can't because the paper is writen in Chinese, and I can not understand any single chracter. With my apologies.
I have two major comments based *only* on the abstract, namely,
"Xinjiang hemorrhagic fever virus" is not the official name of Crimean-Congo hemorraghich fever. It is just the "local" name. It is important to adhere to official names. If not, people looking for bibliographical sources will miss items. But please note also the new emerging viruses grouped around "Xinjinagviruses". They are not not true CCHF, and a lot of resercah is being devoted to these viruses.
Second, it is important to remind that West Nile is transmiited *only* by mosquitoes. Elaborating about WN and ticks is a complete wasting of time.
Third, I would like that the sentence "Due to global warming...the risk of transmission is increasing" should be supported. As I wrote, I could not read the complete manuscript, but I honestly think that this sentence is included because it is "cool" and there is not any supporting information behind. This is important: please do nor include information that is not supported by empirical data.
This is my poor review, based only on the abstract. I think this paper has enough elements of interest to have an English translation (my modest opion). Many thanks for your research.
