            Abstract

In perspective of pandemic preparedness, within REPO4EU we contribute to the development of a European platform including an element providingstandard references for cellular models for infectious diseases. Through the REPO4EU platform, the researcher will be guided through the decision ofwhich cellular model, including immortalized cell lines, primary and iPSC cells, is most suitable for the pathogen of study and for the experimentalapplication. This decision will be based on criteria which are defined a-priori. We are currently preparing a survey to collect information relevant for decisionof the cellular models. Your participation to the survey, as expert in the field of infectious diseases research, will be highly valuable.
