Corrigendum to: Xuewen Liu, Xin Jin, Hongling Ou, Chen Qian, Hui Wu, Chunmei Zuo, Yuliang Ren, Miaoxin Fu, Te Zhang, Liang Zhang, Yuan Si, Ying Liu. 2022. The direct STAT3 inhibitor 6-ethoxydihydrosanguinarine exhibits anticancer activity in gastric cancer. Acta Materia Medica. Volume 1, Issue 3, pages 365–380. (DOI: 10.15212/amm-2022-0027)

The authors regret that the images in Figure 3c, Figure 4f, and Figure 6h were inadvertently misused during figure preparation. The correct images are shown below.

While saving the images from the transwell invasion experiment with MGC803 cells (Figure 3e), the images were inadvertently named and placed in the folder for the transwell migration experiment. As a result, the control group image from the transwell migration experiment with MGC803 cells in Figure 3c was inadvertently reused in Figure 3e.

In the AGS cell experiment shown in Figure 4f, the image of co-treatment with IL6 stimulation and 6-EDS was inadvertently saved in the control group folder, leading to the mistaken reuse of the control group image.

We are accustomed to organizing images in PPTs and using PPTs of previously published papers as templates. This practice led to the misuse of the tumor tissue image from our previously published paper (DOI:10.1038/srep03098) for the image of animal tumor tissue in Figure 6h.

The authors would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
