TheAfrican Continental Free Trade Area(AfCFTA) agreement is an ambitious trade pact which can benefit the whole continent's economy and trade development. This study aims to research how to use China-Africa's cross-border e-commerce model to benefit the AFCFTA and African stakeholders. The literature review and focus group discussion will be employed in this study. However, this research focuses on analyzing the current status of policy support, network layout, operation and use of cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouse construction etc., in a bid to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of overseas warehouses for China-Africa cross-border E-commerce, namely to innovate economic and trade cooperation models; to improve information service levels; and to promote the transformation of e-commerce service models. In conclusion, it is expected to provide suggestions, advice, experience and policy etc. for promoting in-depth economic and trade cooperation between China and Africa and cooperation and development of trade facilitation and more trade opportunities in Africa.
