The current document carries error rectifications and omissions made in the writing of the original document titled“introduction to irregular sequences and functions.”
On page 15, there is an addition of a sentence that serves as a further aid to understand the flow of unfolding the equations that are related. The sentence added is “It is also a general equation for sequences different to the previous sequence equation but might be related.” and it follows after equation (E.3.4).
The topic on page 22 to 25 under the subheading “Other types of irregular sequences” (subheading D) has bee changed completely because the topic was a bit far fetched on the original document. The topic has been changed from looking to find arithmetic and geometric pattern properties in irregular sequences to just a further topic in other irregular sequences as the subheading topic suggest. We will not be looking for arithmetic and geometric properties of irregular sequences because it seems too early into the research to, and there is inadequate reasons to, currently.
On the same topic as in above paragraph, the table on page 22 and 23 has been rectified because it has a lot of mistakes and omissions that can derail the understanding of the mathematics involved there.
The control function has been included where it was omitted and the n's have been substituted with their relevant values for the term position.
The control functions have been included from the first term onwards.
The errata and corresponding rectifications have been given as an example below point 4.
It has been mentioned that the numbers in front of the d's are control function values which was something omitted in the original document and it is important to aid in understanding. The example of the error on table D.2 with surrounding explanation sentences has been given and the rectifications done are as supplied after. Extra errors and rectification is given on the pdf document for tracked changes.
