Random number generators produce a sequence of numbers that cannot bereasonably predicted better than by random chance. Remote influence of psychics, social andnatural phenomena on statistical behaviour of electronic hardware RNGs has beeninvestigated for decades in a variety of laboratory and global experiments. These studies ofmicro-psychokinesis focus on the assumption of paranormal properties of random processesunderlying generator state at a specific point in time. However, recent psi research has shownimportance of the direct human factor in immediate command/response interaction with acomputer in random search tasks. The present work considers technical means of randomnumber generation as a bridge for enhancing the extrasensory perception abilities by means ofaccurate mechanical human-computer interaction for capturing a current state of machine atmicro-level, reflecting the anomalous behavioural patterns of the generator as a projection ofhuman unconscious interpretation of visual decimal numerical information. Methods formanipulating and forcing random processes into deterministic ones are revealed based onstrong contextual dependencies that are discovered in pairs of adjacent numbers among acontinuous stream of data collected both individually and in batches. Influence of the rangeinput parameters on an output of random number generator is shown in terms of accuracy ofconvergence, contextual impact and specific technical patterns. Fundamental resourcelimitations and simple quality assessment criteria of the HCI process are empirically defined.Recommendations have been developed for remote, scalable, fully automated numerical andassociative human-computer psi tests.
