How does age and fertility rate affect depression in women? : This study explores how factors such as age and fertility rate impact the likelihood of perceived/clinical depression in women

Purpose - The overall purpose of this study is to delve deeper into the matters of female health, especially taking in data from different elements of life like age, fertility rate and how this influences mental health.

Basic Design - The objectives of this study was to see if there was a pattern between age and fertility rate and the mental health of women, with a focus on depression. I primarily focused on depression since it’s a more applicable mental illness to more walks of life. When I started to assess how to design my study, I first attempted to contact local hospitals but the patient confidential agreements proved to be ineffective in garnering results. Therefore I sent this survey to the entirety of the female staff of my school.
