Abstract

El presente artículo tiene por objeto exponer la visión universalista y lineal del pensamiento neoliberal de las relaciones internacionales y el sistema mundial contemporáneo. Dichas reflexiones resultan de gran importancia y actualidad, toda vez que, en un contexto de profunda crisis mundial del pensamiento, la ideología y modelo económico neoliberal, surge la necesidad de replantear otras formas y contenidos del conocimiento y otras formas de organización y participación social alternativas, de construir otros paradigmas plurales e incluyentes de la teoría internacional que, basados en la diversidad cultural, tal y como ocurre en América Latina, conduzcan a nuevas relaciones internacionales que avancen, por un lado, en la construcción de la vida en común y por el bien común, de una nueva relación humana con la naturaleza y el medio ambiente del planeta y, por el otro, que impulsen el establecimiento de una nueva ética global del encuentro, del reconocimiento, de la igualdad, de la justicia, de la equidad y el respeto entre las culturas, las sociedades y los Estados-nación del planeta.

The present article has the finality of exposing the universal and lineal vision of neoliberal thought of the International Relations and the contemporary world system. Said reflections result of a great importance and actuality, since in the midst of a context of a profound global crisis of thought, ideology and neoliberal economic model, rises the necessity of revising other forms and contents of knowledge and other alternate forms of social organization and participation, of constructing other plural and inclusive paradigms of international theory that, based on cultural diversity, as it occurs in Latin America, will lead to new international relations that will further on one side, the construction of a common life and common welfare, of a new human relationship with nature and the environment of the planet, and on the other hand, that will promote the establishment of a new global ethics of reunion, acknowledgment, equality, justice, and equality and respect between cultures, societies and nation States of the planet.
