O artigo caracteriza-se como um ensaio cujo objetivo é investigar o amor na psicanálise freudiana. Através de revisão de literatura o presente texto trabalha com a hipótese de que em Freud o vínculo amoroso é marcado por ressonâncias românticas, a saber, o amor como uma busca pela unidade perdida.

This paper consist of an essay which aim is to investigate the love on Freudian psychoanalysis.Through a review of the existing the actual text works on the hypothesis that in Freud the amorous link is marked by romantic resonances, namely, the love as a search for the lost unit.
