Abstract

El artículo pretende desarrollar el concepto y función de la identidad constitucional. Para ello, se explican las características fundamentales y la eficacia del concepto en el plano del ejercicio del poder constituyente originario, la hermenéutica constitucional, la reforma constitucional y, especialmente, las relaciones entre el Derecho constitucional interno y las fuentes no nacionales de los derechos humanos.
