Abstract

El estudio es un balance de la “Arnisaeusforschung” (1965-2015). Arnisaeus fue probablemente el teórico más importante del absolutismo alemán del siglo XVII. Su escrito De republica (1615) constituye una síntesis de su pensamiento político-jurídico sobre la constitución del Reich germano y la recepción de las teorías de la soberanía y de las regalías de J. Bodin en la cultura político-jurídica alemana. En este sentido cabe señalar que Arnisaeus es el fundador y sistematizador de la “Staatslehre” absolutista europea.

This study ponders the text “Arnisaeusforschung” (1965-2015). Arnisaeus was probably the most important theorist of German absolutism in the 17th century. His De republica (1615) is a summary of his political-legal thinking regarding the German Reich constitution and J. Bodin’s acceptance of the theories of sovereignty and royalties in the German political-legal culture. In this sense, it is worth noting that Arnisaeus was the one who founded and systematized the European absolutist “Staatslehre”.
