Abstract

RESUMEN La dinámica transformación social del mundo y sus personas incrementa las necesidades cognitivas del hombre y la reflexión sobre las vías para su superación. Por ende, se requiere de mejor preparación de los docentes que formarán a los futuros profesionales de cualquier materia. En el campo educacional del Derecho, los constantes cambios en la sociedad imponen de los docentes la continua actualización. Como alternativa a tal fenómeno educativo, resaltan las capacitaciones, con el fin de lograr la excelencia del claustro para elevar la calidad de enseñanza y aprendizaje. El perfeccionamiento del sistema de superación de docentes en cuanto al tema de hábeas corpus resulta apremiante, por cuanto compromete los derechos fundamentales de las personas que se encuentren con prisión preventiva o con sentencia condenatoria ejecutoriada o por cualquier otra causa que limite el derecho a la libre circulación. Esta investigación permitirá obtener un conocimiento jurídico científico sobre esta acción, lo cual constituirá un aporte relevante para los instructores de esta materia. Esto permitirá el avance técnico jurídico en beneficio de los operadores de justicia constitucional y, en consecuencia, el bienestar general de la sociedad.

ABSTRACT The dynamic social transformation of the world and its people increase the cognitive needs of man and the reflection on the ways to overcome them. Therefore, better preparation of teachers who will train future professionals in any subject is required. In the educational field of Law, the constant changes in society impose continuous updating on teachers. As an alternative to such an educational phenomenon, training stands out, in order to achieve excellence in the faculty to raise the quality of teaching and learning. The improvement of the system for the improvement of teachers regarding the issue of habeas corpus is urgent, since it compromises the fundamental rights of people who are in pretrial detention or with an enforceable conviction or for any other cause that limits the right to free circulation. This investigation will allow obtaining a scientific legal knowledge about this action, which will constitute a relevant contribution for the instructors of this matter. This will allow legal technical progress for the benefit of constitutional justice operators and, consequently, the general welfare of society.
