          Abstract

          Die morphologische Tumordiagnostik hat zum Ziel, die klinischen Fragen nach Typ, Dignität, Prognose und Ätiologie individueller Neoplasien zu beantworten. Am Beispiel der Nebennierentumoren werden Grenzen und Möglichkeiten verschiedener in der Pathologie eingesetzter Methoden – mit einem breiten Spektrum von der Histologie bis zur molekulargenetischen DNA-Analyse – in ihrem Einsatz für die Lösung dieser Aufgabe dargestellt.
